FIVE STEP PROCESS

Once contact has been made you will need to complete the Debt Assessment Form.

2. EVALUATION

We will calculate a provisional lower monthly payment for all your debt.

We calculate your Income minus your Expenses and see if the amount left over will be sufficient to pay the provisional lower monthly payment as calculated.

Once we have calculated your repayment you can decide to continue with the process and sign the Application Form.

3. INFORMING CREDITORS

We will register you as under debt review with the NCR and notify all your creditors and the credit bureaus.

(You will immediately start paying your reduced payment from your next pay date – you will be advised to change your bank account to prevent money-grabbing from Creditors.)

4. RESTRUCTURED PAYMENT PLAN

We will restructure all your payment and reduce interest in a proposal for submission to your creditors.

Your reduced consolidated payment will leave you with enough money for living expenses. You can now have the peace of mind that everything has been taken care of.

We are one of the few companies using the DCRS “Debt counselling rules system” which is approved by credit providers. This ensures our negotiated proposal to creditors (Reduced payment and interest rates) is accepted.

5. FINALIZING THE PROCESS

We will instruct our attorney to obtain a court order to make this process official.

All parties need to comply with the Court Order to give effect to the payment plan.

(Please keep in mind that one missed payment will lead to termination from the creditors)
